General Board Meeting called to order by Chairman, Mr. Bettag at 7:04 p.m. Present were Directors Mr. Bettag, Mr. Schloss and Mr. Meyer, and Chief Svetanics. Also present were Local #2677 officers Pvt. Johnny Lewellen, Lt. Larry Lewellen and Pvt. Jamie Schwenk.
Pledge of Allegiance led by Chief Svetanics.
Motion by Mr. Schloss to move to closed executive session under RSMo. §610.021(9) at 7:05 p.m., 2nd by Mr. Meyer, roll call vote Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Meyer aye.
The Board of Directors and Local #2677 officials discussed M.O.U. negotiations. No vote taken.
Motion by Mr. Meyer to adjourn closed executive session and move to general session at 8:50 p.m., 2nd by Mr. Schloss, roll call vote Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Meyer aye.
