            General board meeting called to order at 3:02 p.m. by Chairman Jerry Schloss.  Present were Directors Mr. Schloss, Mr. Bettag and Mr. Meyer, Chief Svetanics and Ms. Vincent.  There were no citizens from the district present. 

            Motion by Mr. Bettag to accept the agenda as printed, 2^nd by Mr. Meyer, roll call vote Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Meyer aye. 

            The monthly expenses were approved and signed.  The Board asked that checks 211 and 224 be voided and reprinted for sales tax charges since the District is tax exempt.

            The Board of Directors agreed to transfer funds from the Central Dispatch Fund into the General Fund when needed to write numerous checks since the Dispatch Fund Money Market account is only allowed to write three checks a month.

            Motion by Mr. Meyer to accept the tabled general meeting minutes of  October 14 and 20, 2008, 2^nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Meyer aye. 

            Motion by Mr. Bettag to adjourn the general meeting and move to executive session pursuant to RSMo. 610.021(1) at 3:35 p.m., 2^nd by Mr. Meyer, roll call vote Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Meyer aye.
