General Board Meeting called to order at 8:00 a.m. by Chairman Mr. Meyer. Present were Directors Mr. Meyer, Mr. Schloss and Mr. Bettag, and Chief Svetanics. Also present were representatives of Local #2677, Captains Dan Bertelsmeier and Tony Jegel.
Motion by Mr. Bettag to move to closed executive session under RSMo.§610.021(9), 2nd by Mr. Schloss, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.
Mr. Meyer stated there was one addition to the agenda, preliminary 2011 Budget discussion.
Motion to accept the agenda by Mr. Bettag, 2nd by Mr. Schloss, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.
Motion by Mr. Bettag to move to increase pay scale at all levels by One Dollar ($1.00) January 1, 2011. Board will review salary schedule in June, 2011, with intent of $1.00 increase for July 1, thru December 31, 2011, 2nd by Mr. Schloss, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.
Motion by Mr. Bettag to recess executive closed session at 8:30 a.m., 2nd by Mr. Schloss, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.
