            General Board Meeting reconvened to order at 4:34 p.m. by Chairman Mr. Meyer.  Present were Directors Mr. Meyer, Mr. Schloss and Mr. Bettag, Chief Svetanics and Ms. Vincent.  Also present were District Accountant, Joe Schnieders and I.A.F.F. Local #2677 President, Captain Dan Bertelsmeier.  There were no citizens of the district present.

            Motion by Mr. Schloss to accept the agenda as presented, 2^nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye. 

The Board reviewed and signed monthly expenses.

            Motion by Mr. Schloss to adjourn general meeting at 4:53 p.m., 2^nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.
