General Board Meeting called to order at 4:00 p.m. Present were Directors Mr. Bettag, Mr. Schloss and Mr. Meyer, Chief Svetanics and Ms. Vincent.  Also present was District Account Joe Schnieders and Deputy Chief Brian Heidbreder.

            Motion made by Mr. Schloss to accept the agenda as presented, 2^nd by Mr. Meyer, Roll call vote Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Meyer aye.

Board of Directors reviewed and signed monthly expenses.

Chief Svetanics reported that the test for medical officer will be February 1, and the test for engineer will be February 3.  Chief Svetanics also mentioned that the employee service ratings were being completed.

The Board of Directors requested a meeting with Hawk iSolutions founder to give laptop training for week of February 3.

Motion made by Mr. Meyer to adjourn General Meeting at 4:38 p.m., 2nd by Mr. Schloss. Roll call vote Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Meyer aye.
