General Board Meeting called to order at 8:00 a.m. by Chairman Mr. Meyer. Present were Directors Mr. Meyer, Mr. Schloss and Mr. Bettag, and Chief Svetanics.
Motion by Mr. Schloss to accept the agenda as presented, 2nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.
Motion to move to closed session under RSMo. 610.021(1) by Mr. Schloss, 2nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.
Board of Directors and Chief Svetanics left the District to meet with District Attorney Matt Hoffman.
Location of scheduled meeting was St. Louis County Counselor’s Office in Clayton, Missouri at 10:00 a.m. Also present for meeting were St. Louis County Counselor Patricia Redington, St. Louis County Chief Operating Officer Garry Earls, and Director of Intergovernmental Affairs Tom Curran.
The Board, Chief Svetanics and Mr. Hoffman discussed the distribution of future River City Casino Safety Tax Revenue with St. Louis County officials. No vote taken.
Motion by Mr. Schloss to adjourn executive session at 10:45 a.m., 2nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.
