General Board Meeting called to order at 9:05 a.m. by Chairman Mr. Meyer. Present were Directors Mr. Meyer, Mr. Schloss and Mr. Bettag, and Chief Svetanics. Also present was Missouri State Representative Vickie England. There were no citizens present.
Mr. Meyer stated that there were no additions to the agenda.
Motion by Mr. Schloss to accept the agenda as presented, 2nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.
The Board and Chief Svetanics discussed safety tax revenue from the River City Casino with Representative England.
Motion by Mr. Bettag to have District Attorney Matt Hoffman file a Writ of Mandamus as soon as possible in regard to the distribution of Safety Tax from St. Louis County, 2nd by Mr. Schloss, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.
Motion by Mr. Bettag to adjourn general session at 9:45 a.m., 2nd by Mr. Schloss, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.
