            General Board Meeting called to order at 12:15 p.m. by Chairman Mr. Meyer.  Present were Directors Mr. Meyer, Mr. Schloss and Mr. Bettag.  There were no citizens present.

            Motion by Mr. Bettag to accept the agenda as presented with the addition of 6.11 Safety Tax, 2^nd by Mr. Meyer, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Bettag aye. 

Mr. Schloss joined meeting in progress at 12:45 p.m.

Motion by Mr. Bettag to accept the 2009 Amended Budget as presented, 2^nd by Mr. Meyer, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.

Motion by Mr. Bettag to direct District Attorney Matt Hoffman to take necessary steps to reach resolution regarding the Safety Tax with Missouri State Representative Pat Yeager and/or Missouri State Attorney General’s office, 2^nd by Mr. Meyer, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye. 

            Motion by Mr. Schloss to adjourn general session at 1:10 p.m., 2^nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.
