     General Board Meeting called to order at 8:00 a.m. by Chairman David Meyer.  Present were Directors David Meyer, Jerry Schloss, Jack Bettag and Chief Svetanics.  Also, present was Joe Schnieders, District Accountant.

     Motion by Mr. Bettag to amend the agenda to add item 6.10 Amended Budget, 2^nd by Mr. Schloss, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.

     The Board approved and signed monthly expenses.

    Motion by Mr. Schloss to approve the 2010 Amended Budget and deliver the budget to the St. Louis County Government Center, 2^nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.

     Motion by Mr. Schloss to adjourn the meeting at 8:55 a.m., 2^nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.
