General Board Meeting called to order at 8:36 a.m. by Chairman Mr. Meyer. Present were Directors Mr. Meyer, Mr. Schloss and Mr. Bettag, and Chief Svetanics. Also present were Ms. Barb Hehmeyer, Executive Director of the Lemay Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Bill Cocos, President of the Lemay Development Corporation, and Mr. Dan Berra, President of the Lemay Chamber Executive Committee. There were no citizens present.
Mr. Meyer stated that there were no additions to the agenda.
Motion by Mr. Bettag to accept the agenda as presented, 2nd by Mr. Schloss, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.
The Board, Chief Svetanics, Ms. Hehmeyer, Mr. Cocos and Mr. Berra discussed the distribution of future River City Casino Safety Tax Revenue. No vote taken.
Motion by Mr. Bettag to adjourn general session at 9:25 a.m., 2nd by Mr. Schloss, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.
