            General Board Meeting called to order at 8:05 a.m. by President David Meyer.  Present were Directors David Meyer, Jerry Schloss, Jack Bettag, Chief Svetanics and District Accountant Joe Schnieders.

Motion made by Mr. Bettag to accept the agenda as presented, 2^nd by Mr. Schloss,  Roll call vote, Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye and Mr. Bettag aye.

Motion made by Mr. Schloss to accept the minutes from general sessions on March 22 and March 29, 2011 as presented, 2^nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote, Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Schloss aye and Mr. Meyer aye.

Motion made by Mr. Schloss to set the preliminary tax rate for 2011 at the rate presented by Mr. Schnieders, 2^nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye and Mr. Meyer aye.

Motion made by Mr. Schloss to adjourn the meeting at 8:55 a.m. 2^nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye and Mr. Meyer aye.
