            General Board Meeting called to order at 1:40 p.m. by Chairman Mr. Meyer.  Present were Directors Mr. Meyer, Mr. Schloss and Mr. Bettag, Chief Svetanics and District Attorney Matt Hoffman. 

            Motion by Mr. Schloss to move to closed executive session under RSMo.§610.021(1), 2^nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye. 

            Mr. Meyer stated there are no additions to the agenda.  Motion to accept the agenda by Mr. Schloss, 2^nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye. 

            Discussion of legal matters concerning the Safety Tax and the responsive filing by St. Louis County of a Motion to Dismiss.  No vote taken.

            Motion by Mr. Schloss to adjourn executive session at 2:33 p.m., 2^nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.
