General Board Meeting called to order at 3:30 p.m. by Chairman Mr. Meyer. Present were Directors Mr. Meyer, Mr. Schloss and Mr. Bettag, Chief Svetanics and Ms. Vincent. There were no citizens present.
Motion by Mr. Schloss to accept the agenda as presented, 2nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.
The Board reviewed and signed monthly expenses.
Chief Svetanics left the meeting at 3:55 to go to a fire in the District.
Mr. Bettag placed a call to Mike Butz at Crawford-Butz Insurance Agency to discuss proposed options of medical insurance at 4:00 p.m. Mr. Butz did not have an answer on keeping the deductibles members have already paid for Year 2010 as part of the new plan with Anthem. Mr. Butz will call back with answer.
Motion by Mr. Bettag to adjourn general session at 4:17 p.m., 2nd by Mr. Schloss, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.
