             Executive Board meeting called to order by Chairman Bettag at 

08:02 A.M. Present at the meeting were Directors Jack Bettag, Jerry Schloss, David Meyer, Chief Svetanics, Lt. Heidbreder, and John Antone from Hawk i Solutions Group.

             Pledge of Allegiance led by Chief Svetanics.

            John Antone from Hawk i Solutions performed a training session on new laptops and projector.

             Monthly expense checks signed and review of Treasure’s report completed by Lemay’s Board of Directors. No votes taken.

             Motion made by Director Meyer to adjourn meeting at 10:14 A.M., second by Director Schloss, Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Meyer aye.

             Meeting Adjourned.
