General Board meeting called to order at 7:30 a.m. by President Mr. Bettag. Present were Directors Mr. Bettag, Mr. Schloss and Mr. Meyer, Chief Svetanics and Ms. Vincent. Also present were Mr. Schnieders, Accountant for the District, and one Citizen, Mr. Klein.

Purpose of meeting was discussion of tax rate calculations and long term financing of the District’s needs with our accountant, Joe Schnieders.

Motion by Mr. Schloss to recess general meeting at 9:10 a.m., 2nd by Mr. Meyer. Roll call vote Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Meyer aye.
