            General Board Meeting called to order at 3:36 p.m. by Chairman Mr. Meyer.  Present were Directors Mr. Meyer, Mr. Schloss and Mr. Bettag, Chief Svetanics and Ms. Vincent.  There were no citizens of the district present.

            Motion by Mr. Schloss to accept the agenda as presented, 2^nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye. 

The Board reviewed and signed monthly expenses.

            Motion by Mr. Bettag to recess general meeting and move to closed session at 4:07 p.m., 2^nd by Mr. Schloss, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.
