General Board Meeting called to order at 7:07 p.m. Present were Directors Mr. Bettag, Mr. Schloss and Mr. Meyer, and Chief Svetanics and Ms. Vincent.  Also present was District Account Joe Schnieders.

            Motion made by Mr. Schloss to accept the agenda as presented, 2^nd by Mr. Meyer, Roll call vote Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Meyer aye.

Discussion of new Post-BOE (Board of Equalization) Assessed Valuation numbers, which corrected the valuations from the St. Louis County Assessor’s Office.  General open board hearing on tax rates will be held on Monday, September 26, 2011 at 7:00 p.m.

Chief Svetanics presented a bid for two new furnaces with new air conditioner coils for $8,080 by Mitchell Mechanical.  

Motion by Mr. Meyer to approve the installation of two new furnaces and coils for a total of $8,080, 2^nd by Mr. Schloss, Roll call vote Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Meyer aye.

Board of Directors reviewed and signed monthly expenses.

            Motion made by Mr. Meyer to adjourn General Meeting at 8:10 p.m., 2nd by Mr. Schloss. Roll call vote Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Meyer aye.
