            General board meeting called to order at 3:10 p.m. by Chairman Jerry Schloss.  Present were Directors Mr. Schloss, Mr. Bettag and Mr. Meyer, Chief Svetanics and Ms. Vincent.  There were no citizens from the district present. 

            Motion by Mr. Schloss to accept the agenda as presented, 2^nd by Mr. Meyer, roll call vote Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Meyer aye. 

            The monthly expenses were approved and signed.  

            Motion by Mr. Meyer to adjourn the general meeting at 3:55 p.m., 2^nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye, Mr. Meyer aye.
