General meeting called to order at 8:30 p.m. by Chairman Mr. Meyer.  Present were Directors Mr. Meyer, Mr. Schloss and Mr. Bettag.

            Motion by Mr. Schloss to move to emergency closed session under RSMo. 610.020, as meeting being held without public notice, 2^nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye. 

            Purpose of emergency meeting without notice to the public was that time was not sufficient to post notice after receiving the Post B.O.E. numbers, and in order to file the Amended Tax Rates and Amended Resolution of the Board of Directors of Lemay Fire Protection District of St. Louis County Fixing Tax Rates for Fiscal 2009 by October 1, 2009 with St. Louis County, an emergency meeting was held by the Board of Directors.

            Motion by Mr. Schloss to file the Amended Resolution of the Board of Directors of Lemay Fire Protection District of St. Louis County Fixing Tax Rates for Fiscal 2009, with                                                      property tax rates revised to $1.1071 dollars blended rate, 2^nd by Mr. Bettag, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye. 

            Motion by Mr. Bettag to adjourn closed emergency meeting at 8:52 p.m., 2^nd by Mr. Schloss, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Schloss aye, Mr. Bettag aye.
