            Executive Board Meeting reconvened at 8:45 a.m. by Chairman Mr. Meyer.  Present were Directors Mr. Meyer and Mr. Bettag, Chief Svetanics and District Accountant Joe Schnieders. 

            Motion by Mr. Bettag to move to open session, 2^nd by Mr. Meyer, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Bettag aye. 

The Board discussed the preliminary budget for 2011 presented by Mr. Schnieders. 

            Motion by Mr. Bettag to adjourn executive session at 9:30 a.m., 2^nd by Mr. Meyer, roll call vote Mr. Meyer aye, Mr. Bettag aye.
